Connect the dots

HealthySmartsMD helps you take the reins of your health experience.

Follow symptoms and figure out triggers, easily

Having a serious condition can be hard to deal with. Do you have symptoms that affect you day to day, week to week?  Are you trying to manage side effects of a treatment? We make it easy to track your symptoms and side effects over time to look for trends, identify triggers, and share important history of how you've been feeling between doctor visits.

Learn what works for you

Taking a medicine or supplement and want to see if it’s helping? Started a new diet and need to track your progress? There are many different remedies that people are using to manage symptoms. We deliver informational content and provide a way to show you how treatments or other factors are affecting you (or not). Our mobile-friendly platform lets you check-in easily anytime.

Become empowered

On the road to better health, HealthySmartsMD puts you in the driver’s seat. Most health care happens at home, and it's hard to keep track of how you are doing between doctors' visits. We help you fill in those gaps so that you can share more information with your doctor and learn information about measures that can help and risks of which you might not be aware.
